Congrats to all the IMC finishers yesterday!! It was a challenging day but you survived the hurdles and became an Ironman!

Now that the race is over, make sure you recover properly before getting back to any real activity!! A little walk each day followed by some gentle stretching will help your legs get back to feeling normal again soon :)
