Late June as well...
Chinook Olympic, Brad had a great day placing 3rd in AG and 7th overall. Tim did well in the Half and nabbed a 7th in his AG while placing 19th overall. 2 more had nice solid days as well.
GWN Half
Brad, Ted, Clare, Verna - all had new PR's to be proud of!! Mark missed his by a minute despite the flat and the big training week we had him do leading up to this race!! So we'll say 5 for 5 just because :)
Coral Springs
Dan did his first true tri, completing the sprint in a great time!!
Canmore
3 athletes all had top ten AG performances in the Olympic, while Dan did his 2nd sprint in as many weeks, also placing in top ten in his AG.
Penticton Peach Classic
Brad and I tackled this tough Olympic at the end of a huge training week, and he kicked my butt :) Also nabbed a medal for 3rd in the tough 30-34 AG!!!
Sylvan Lake Half
Dusty tackled his first half and finished with a huge run (2nd overall on the day excluding teams!) Picked up a nice 2nd place in his AG!!
Leslie had a huge PR and is making some big improvements overall this year!!
Next up, Calgary 70.3 and IMC in August!!! Go Team Legend!! :)

Vulcan
A couple good fast times for Chad and Tim at the best little sprint race in Alberta!! Both just a little over an hour in cold rainy conditions.
Oliver
Ted set a new PR for himself by about half an hour for the half distance! Colleen toughed out the day despite having a little problem with her hamstring on the run.
Boise
Leslie had a fantastic half in rainy conditions... with a 16min PR on the bike and another 16min PR on the run!! Look out next race, with better weather Leslie is coming to get another new PR!
Wasa
Team Legend was well represented today out in BC with 7 athletes racing the Olympic distance in Wasa Lake. 6 new PR's, 4 top ten in AG and one podium finish - great job Trevor, Dusty, Darryl, Clare, Adrian, Heather, and Leaha!!!
Footstock Du
Dan had a great first multisport race to kick off his season out in Cochrane. Much more to come this year!!!

Well we all survived the long weekend camp in Penticton!! We built some new relationships, pushed our bodies to another level, and learned that we can do whatever we set our minds to - and all while having fun and challenging ourselves to ride over 400km in 3 days around the Okanagan valley!!

Join us out in Penticton again for the week-long IMC Prep Camp from July 12th to 19th. Email me for more details :)
